Description

Work order T&C need to be defined, distinct from the standard purchase order T&C (lib/validations/po.ts exports TC_FIXED_LINE / TC_DEFAULTS today).
Scope: agree the work order T&C wording, and support selecting/printing them on work-order-type POs.
