A post-MVP **Reports** section for spend analysis across **cost centres**
(vessels and sites) and the **3-level accounting-code** hierarchy — KPI tiles,
comparison/trend charts, drill-downs, and a pinned filter toolbar (granularity,
financial year, Top-N scope).
